i-Parent Access Instructions
Gradebooks are updated school-wide the 1st & 3rd Friday of every month. Teachers may have Gradebooks offline every Wednesday & Thursday.
EVEN IF YOU USED i-Parent LAST YEAR, YOU MUST DO THE VALIDATION PROCESS AGAIN. THE SYSTEM DOES NOT REMEMBER YOU FROM YEAR TO YEAR. Contact your student's Academy Office for assistance.

ABSENCE ADMIT
Complete the attached form and turn it in to the student's Academy secretary within two (2) days of the absence. If the absences are consecutive, turn in form within two (2) days of last absence.
It is not necessary to call in the absence – just submit this form to the student's Academy Office.
The absence admit form is also available in each Academy & Main office.

HAWKS that SOAR
During weeks 1, 2, 3 of spring semester, over 500 SOAR cards were given by faculty and staff to students that demonstratted the core values of our school Safety, Organization, Achievement and Respect. Way to SOAR! The following are the 6 winners.

Volcano Vista High School needs your business to form a partnership that supports our school. Join-a-School Business Partnerships are designed to meet the needs and resources of the school and the business. Volcano Vista High School can provide visibility and recognition, collaboration in service projects, and students for work projects. Immediate needs of Volcano Vista include the following:
• Communication regarding the workforce needs in our graduates

2012-2013 NEW STUDENT Enrollment / pre-registration

Student Parking Application
Parking applications are required to be filled out prior to the purchase of a VVHS parking Pass. Please bring the following information with you when purchasing a pass: Valid Drivers License, 2011-12 VVHS ID, proof of registration, proof of insurance and this form. There is a student and parent signature required on the application.
Parking Passes are on sale before school and during lunch.
